Insurances
At OC Dermatology & Surgery, we accept (or are “in network” in) the following insurance plans:
-
all Medicare Part B plans except HMO plans;
-
only PPO Medicare Advantage plans;
-
most (but not all) commercial PPO plans (e.g. Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, etc.);
-
a variety of smaller PPO plans.
We do NOT accept any HMO plans. We are NOT MediCal providers.
For Cigna and Aetna insurance plans (including Cigna and Aetna Medicare Advantage plans), please click on the notification below.
You may call the office to find out more details. We can verify that your coverage is current and active. We can also verify your deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance amounts. However, verification is NOT a guarantee of payment by your insurance company.
Since we cannot reliably verify that we are in network with your insurance plan or if your policy requires any type of notification or pre-authorization, we strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company (before your appointment or procedure). You may either call your insurance company or go to your insurance's website and then check by looking for our group tax ID number 27-2105362 and name "Vipal Soni M.D., Inc" (look for this specific name and not the name of the doctor you will be seeing).
